About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented 360 Staffing Recruiter with experience in technology hiring to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end staffing cycle – from business development to candidate placement – with a strong focus on hunting for new business opportunities.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record in staffing (not just perm recruitment), and enjoy balancing client engagement with hands-on recruitment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (60%)

  • Hunt and acquire new staffing clients within the technology sector.
  • Drive new job orders, client engagement, and GP (Gross Profit) growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted staffing partner.

Recruitment Delivery (40%)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing tech professionals into staffing roles.
  • Oversee contract staffing processes, including onboarding and post-placement support.
  • Partner with account managers and operations to ensure smooth client and candidate experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Must-have: Prior experience in staffing/contract recruitment (not just permanent recruitment).
  • Strong track record in tech hiring with the ability to deliver quality candidates in competitive markets.
  • A natural hunter mindset with proven business development skills – able to open doors, pitch solutions, and close deals.
  • Resilient and adaptable to the longer processes and operational aspects of staffing.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to balance hunting (new clients) with farming (existing accounts).
