Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of cloud-based data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, data engineering, and technical leadership. They will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Cloud Architecture: Develop and implement cloud strategies, hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Drive Cloud Migration: Oversee cloud migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance, security, and operational best practices.
  • Data Ingestion & Transformation: Manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines (e.g., Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL).
  • Data Lakehouse & Warehouse: Architect and optimize data lakehouses, warehouses, and data marts to support analytics and reporting.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices for data quality, data lineage, and data governance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and career development support to engineers.
  • Bridge Business & Engineering: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, data engineering, and technical leadership.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Data Engineering: Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL tools
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic oversight.
