We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Datacenter / Cloud Solution Presales Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Singapore. This role supports the regional QCT sales team to engage customers and partners to understand the customers’ demands about any technical concerns. In this role, you will need to cooperate with solution architects, partners, and sales to propose a comprehensive proposal to meet customers’ demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support QCT solution sales team and communicate with customers and partners to determine their needs with technical details
- Collaborate with QCT solution sales teams to engage customers and partners to collect their feedback for their demands to propose comprehensive solutions based on their demands
- Cooperate with the sales team to come out a comprehensive proposal for the customer’s RFI/RFP/RFQ
- Work on technical questions, coordinate other QCT teams, such as product engineering, and the QCT system integrators, as necessary, to provide timely answers to customer questions

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of cluster systems or data-center-related project planning experience
- Demonstrate the ability and desire to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with cloud services-related software and hardware technology and products
- Experience in handling projects related to high-performance computing, data analytics, or artificial intelligence/machine learning in higher education and research Institutions preferred
- Experience in handling projects related to the software-defined data center or cloud service infrastructure is an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role within the industries of High-Performance Computing, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Software-defined datacenter and Information Technology & Services
- Fluent in English for professional business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin and other Southeast Asian languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel when necessary
