Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and recommend technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Analyze complex technical infrastructure problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and architect cloud solutions to address customer business needs.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to drive innovative solutions.
  • Present Proof of Concepts and solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful pre-sales activity.
  • Provide guidance and support to project engineers during implementation.
  • Align solutions with enterprise architecture standards, IT governance, and compliance policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of related presales and/or solution design experience.
  • Working experience in virtualization domain and/or hands-on working experience in VMware, Nutanix, VDI, Public Cloud IaaS, Public Cloud PaaS, Public Cloud DBaaS, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Failover Clustering, MS SQL High Availability, M365, and/or Hyper-V.
  • Working experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, MySQL, Ansible, and/or shell scripting.
  • Working experience with Azure Cloud, AWS, or any public cloud provider.
  • Knowledge of x86 Servers, SAN Storage, backup solution, basic datacenter networking, and network security is a must.
  • Conversant with current virtualization and cloud products and solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude, passionate on problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
