Job Title: Talent Acquisition and HR Manager

Talented professionals are sought after to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance reviews and ongoing support. The primary focus will be on managing personnel records, employment agreements, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff engagement.
  • Manage employee files, employment contracts, and internal guidelines.
  • Mentor and support staff development initiatives, workshops, and skills-building efforts.
  • Administer payroll, oversee employee benefits, and handle other HR-related tasks.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management to drive business growth.
  • Oversee certifications, supervise day-to-day office operations, including procurement, facility maintenance, and IT coordination.
  • Facilitate seamless communication across departments for efficient business processes.
  • Design and implement efficient administrative systems and workflows to enhance productivity and operations.

To succeed in this role, a Diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions within the construction industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
