As Chab Events’ Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day hiring operations of the company, touching upon multiple disciplines such as HRm Communications, Hiring, Strategy and Business Operations.
- Reporting to HR Director, you are expected to manage the a spectrum of HR duties including;**HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)**
- Investigate and determine employer needs
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans
- Design, plan and implement employee branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan employee referral programs
- Use QuickHR ATS tools and other recruitment marketing tools
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and implement selection process (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychometric tests, etc)
- Find bottlenecks in the recruitment process
- Plan procedures for improving employee retention
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend career fairs and similar events
- Adhering to employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- _About you: _
- 5+ years of experience in TA Manager or similar roles skills
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques
- Familiar with a variety of different selection methods (interview, assignments, psychometric tests, etc)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Ability to motivate employees
- A sense of ownership and and pride in your performance and it’s impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Team Player
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge in MOM laws and recruitment laws
- A strong problem-solver and has team management skills;

- Familiarity with the HR policies and start assisting on employee queries and issues
- Partner with HR Director and team on building organizational engagement plans for the fiscal year

- Elevate HR strategies to be a key business driver for Chab
