The Salesforce Design Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the Experience Architect on customer transformation projects to deliver on the definition, design and execution of the target state Salesforce solution and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Experience Architect on customer transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement design systems within Salesforce.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in UI design.
  • Support the project team on branding, visual designs for documentation and presentations.
  • Support pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in services and tech product design.
  • Experience in implementing CRM solutions or Enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
