Job Overview

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Marketing Manager to join our team in the Greater China Region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our Integrated Resort and driving awareness of our affiliated properties among premium players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gaming products and services to target market segments, with a focus on premium players.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing premium players to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience is the focal point of customer touchpoints and interactions, in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
  • Manage complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies to ensure desired customer profitability and margin.
  • Provide accurate information for credit line recommendation of premium players and liaise with Premium Account Management for payment follow-up.
  • Enable and support a culture of communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to build dynamic teams that exhibit Marina Bay Sands' core values.

Requirements

  • High School Degree, College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in managerial positions in Casino Marketing or player development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Company Compliance Policy, and Credit Policy.
  • Knowledge of gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the Premium Program offered by MBS.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
