Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a T&T Consultant. As a member of our Customer Strategy & Design team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and success.



Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading experiences across a range of products and services
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and present client-ready presentations and prototypes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant business, economics, design or human psychology discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Proven skills in business analysis, research and communication
