Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Cross Border Local Fulfilment (CBLF) Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall country performance of assigned markets for CB Local fulfilment business. This includes analysing and optimising the performance of local fulfilment business, identifying key factors driving success and overcoming bottlenecks in each country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimise the performance of local fulfilment business
- Spearhead business growth initiatives by leveraging strategic insights and a data-driven approach
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and assist the senior management team to make strategic business decisions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2 to 4 years of experience in e-Commerce, marketplace, business planning, or related fields
Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Strong team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Exceptional analytical skills, adept at structured and methodical problem-solving
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved
Outstanding organisational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently
Ideally bilingual in English and basic Chinese to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
