As a key member of our APAC team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and leading our team of Customer Success Managers. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with our key customers, providing them with exceptional service, and ensuring they achieve the best results from using ComplyAdvantage.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for training, developing, and mentoring our team of Customer Success Managers.
  • You will set and manage performance goals, helping your team achieve their annual OKRs.
  • You will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, from onboarding to training and adoption.
  • You will ensure a successful onboarding process, working with various stakeholders, such as technology teams, compliance, and risk teams.
  • You will provide proactive service to our clients, helping them increase adoption, improve utilization, and minimize churn.
  • You will drive regional cross-sell and upsell in conjunction with the sales/account management team.
  • You will play a primary role in shaping the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • You will support and drive new feature rollouts, including formal and informal training of customers and internal sales/marketing teams.
  • You will actively contribute to market development work, working with marketing to create high-quality collateral and content.
  • You will function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback on how ComplyAdvantage can better serve our customers.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of experience managing or leading Customer Success teams.
  • You have managed customers with an ACV above $200k.
  • You have demonstrated experience mentoring peers to help them succeed.
  • You have a true passion for customers, being fanatical about getting them the right outcomes and becoming their advocate.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, able to solve problems and execute independently.
  • You have strong team spirit and can coordinate across teams and build consensus.
  • You have a good understanding of technology and familiarity with concepts such as APIs and cloud solutions.
  • You have strong process management skills, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
