Head of APAC Customer Success Management

About the Role
Stripe is seeking a seasoned leader to head our Customer Success team in APAC. As Head of APAC Customer Success Management, you will be responsible for driving net retention, supporting activation and realization, and identifying new expansion opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Customer Success Managers
- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the team
- Drive operational cadence for managing metrics and user performance
- Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based account skills
- Effectively work cross-functionally to shape Stripe's account team model

Requirements
- 10+ years of customer success or account management experience
- 8+ years of people management experience
- Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance team
- Ability to support the team's efforts through strategic advice on account strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong preference for experience in financial technology and payments
Hybrid Work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$334,000 - S$501,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location.
