Head of APAC Customer Success Management

About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Customer Success team as the Head of APAC Customer Success Management. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional results and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive growth, retention, and expansion across APAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product leaders.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- 10+ years of customer success or account management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and customer satisfaction.
- 8+ years of people management experience, with a strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across the APAC region, with a deep understanding of local markets and customer needs.
