Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Leader

Job Description

Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, etc.). Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification audits to ensure seamless operations.

  • Foster a culture of accountability by facilitating Management Review Meetings, monitoring QEHS performance, and reporting key metrics.
  • Conduct site risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and training sessions to minimize hazards.
  • Ensure adherence to WSH regulations and maintain accurate statutory records.
  • Support the development of regional QEHS structures and harmonize procedures across entities.
  • Lead corporate QEHS initiatives, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across APAC.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, OSH, or related fields.
  • 8–10 years of QEHS management experience, preferably in power plants, industrial, or O&G sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, bizSAFE, and audit processes.
  • Regional audit handling experience and familiarity with sustainability reporting.
  • Solid understanding of power plant components, operations, and construction processes.
  • Proficient in risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and QEHS data reporting.
  • Skilled in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, training, and influencing all levels.
