Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Market Group Head for APAC 2
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas
- Organize key events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to the business
- Prepare presentations and reports as required by the business, utilizing Microsoft Office tools
- Provide guidelines and manage important processes across APAC 2 such as expenses and invoices
- Check and ensure the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Work with Corporate Services/IT in timely reporting of meeting rooms, facilities, and equipment that require quick fixes
- Assist in devising and maintaining office systems, office equipment, and filing
- Arrange business travel and accommodation as well as expense management for selected members of the team
- Manage logistics for office moves, seat plans, and onboarding of new joiners (including desk/seat allocation, setup of desktop, stationery supplies, and phone extension)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least 5 years relevant experience in banking and finance. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is also essential. Self-motivated, independent person with integrity and discretion is required. Able to multitask in a sophisticated work environment. Secretarial experience is preferred and will be an added advantage.
