Job Title: Bioassay Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioassay Development Specialist to join our team at Prestige Biopharma Group. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating cell-based and non-cell-based bioassays and bioanalytical ligand binding assays for various biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop bioassays and bioanalytical methods in compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA etc) and OECD-GLP principles.
  • Conduct characterization studies for biosimilars and novel biologics.
  • Perform ligand binding assays for clinical trial samples.
  • Analyze data upon experiment completion and submit results for review.
  • Draft SOPs, study protocols, and study reports.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in biomedical science, life science, or equivalent.
  • Prior research and development experience are required.
  • Proficient in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
  • Experience in ligand binding assays mainly ELISA, cell-based assays, and reporter assays is highly desirable.
