We are seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to fill the role of Senior Guest Service Assistant. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our hotel.
">- Create positive and memorable experiences for guests within the hotel lobby and reception area. This includes greeting guests warmly, responding promptly to their queries, and providing helpful advice on local amenities and attractions.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to deliver excellent customer service and support. This may involve addressing guest complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining open communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of guest arrivals, events, and general information. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Foster close working relationships with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient guest handling.
- Provide effective support in baggage and transport handling, as well as general enquiries. A positive attitude and proactive approach are essential in delivering exceptional guest service.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service standards. ">- Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent is required. However, prior work experience is not necessary, as we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
