Job Title:

Unlock your potential as a Billing Manager, responsible for driving billing and credit control functions with accuracy and timeliness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and dispatch customer invoices for various utilities, mainly electricity.
  • Resolve billing and credit control issues promptly.
  • Prepare, review and finalize monthly and daily settlements.
  • Guarantee the precision and punctuality of all bills and settlements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure high accuracy of customer information and mentor junior officers.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Contribute to process and system improvements and implementations.
  • Produce customer/internal financial or billing-related reports as required.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy/IT or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience or 2 years supervisory experience for senior roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a team player.
