Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring infrastructure, equipment, and systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.
  • Lead and manage facility supervisors and technicians.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on maintenance and facility improvement projects.
  • Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
  • Proactively address and resolve facility-related concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) – Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Stable work history (minimum 3 years in each company preferred).
