Procurement Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Excellence Manager to drive strategic value creation and excellence in our capital expenditure (CAPEX) and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procurement processes.

This key position will be responsible for developing and executing global category sourcing plans to optimize capital investments, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to secure business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in procurement, relationship management, project management, and/or engineering in an international company. They should possess strong negotiation skills, experience with complex high-speed automation equipment and sub-assembly, and specialist knowledge in manufacturing equipment and engineering processes.

This role requires strategic flair, collaboration, and leadership partnering experience with C-level at external suppliers. The successful candidate will be mobile and expect to travel 20-25 days per year.

  • Develop and execute global category sourcing plans to drive value creation and ensure excellence.
  • Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to secure business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement a unified approach to governance and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial governance, Code of Conduct, contract, and purchase order compliance.
