Category Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our category strategy and drive sales, profit, and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including sourcing, buying, pricing, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior in the Asia region.
  • Manage direct import processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the category.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing food and frozen categories.
  • Strong knowledge of direct import processes and Asia market sourcing.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
