Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Usher in our busy healthcare setting. This is a temporary position that will last for 3 months, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guide patients to the correct clinics and service points, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide directional assistance at drop-off areas and entrances, catering to the needs of all patients.
  • Operate a stair climber (training provided) to assist patients with mobility needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Coordinate support for wheelchair-bound patients as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Support general patient flow and assist with on-site operational needs, contributing to a seamless patient journey.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively guide patients and communicate with the team.
  • A commitment to working for the full 3-month duration, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
