We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to be engaged as an Usher on a casual basis (hourly rated) to deliver customer service and support the smooth operation of front-of-house services.

Some of the duties include venue inspection, ticket tripping/scanning, directing patrons to their seats, and communicating patron’s feedback to the Venue Officer etc.

The Usher will be working closely with the Venue Officers to look after the needs of the patrons including providing physical assistance to the disabled, assist in venue set-up where necessary and clearing all logistics at the end of each performance.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to commit to work on a regular basis (weekdays, weekends or public holidays)
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy the arts and like interacting with people
- Fulfilment of 48 hours of work in a calendar year to remain active in the casual pool

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $12.00 per hour
