Temporary Healthcare Support Staff

We are seeking a Temporary Healthcare Support Staff to join our team on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to patients and staff alike.
About the Role:This is a temporary role that requires the successful candidate to provide general healthcare support to our patients and staff. Responsibilities include guiding and assisting patients with directions and clinic flow, providing ushering and crowd management support, facilitating smooth patient journeys, and supporting mobility needs of patients.
- Guide and assist patients with directions and clinic flow.
- Provide ushering and crowd management support
- Facilitate smooth patient journeys, including shuttle bus drop-off points and clinic entrances.
- Support mobility needs of patients, including operation of stair climber (training provided).
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Min GCE O Level
- Friendly, patient and service-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
