Healthcare Support Staff

We are seeking a healthcare professional to fill a temporary position in West Singapore. This contract will last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide patients to the right service point and assist them as needed
  • Provide ushering services and manage crowd control to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • Facilitate patient movements, including drop-off points and clinic entrances
  • Support patients' mobility needs, including operating a stair climber (training provided)
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • A minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent is required
  • A friendly, patient, and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
