Healthcare Support Staff Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to fill a temporary position in our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patients to the right service point and assist them as needed.
- Provide ushering services and manage crowd control to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Facilitate patient movements, including drop-off points and clinic entrances.
- Support patients' mobility needs, including operating a stair climber (training provided).
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent is required.
- A friendly, patient, and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
