Healthcare Assistant - Temporary Position

We are seeking a temporary Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our healthcare professionals in various settings.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist with the scheduling of future appointments, registration of patients, and data entry of patient particulars into the hospital system. You will also handle phone calls and inquiries, providing information to patients and their families.

You will work closely with doctors and nurses to provide basic medical care and assistance as needed. Additionally, you will assist with the pharmacy store, including checking and labeling of medicine, and performing basic cashiering duties.

Your responsibilities may also include handling call inquiries for doctors and nurses, providing excellent customer service, and helping doctors take down notes and emails.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels
  • Office hours, 5 days job
  • No experience needed; all training provided
