Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at HIDDEN CREATIVE FINE DINING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team management.
  • Ensure that all duties are carried out to serve customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Lead, train, and guide the team to provide excellent restaurant service, manage and maintain operational records, and monitor sales performance.
  • Build relationships with regular guests, understand their requirements, and establish and maintain active interaction with all guests to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity and take full ownership and responsibility of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth service flow with the team.

Requirements:

  • Related experience in the management of a restaurant or F&B service operation.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and superior food and beverage knowledge.
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Diploma or degree holder and related work experience.
