Senior HR Systems and Processes Manager

The Opportunity
Parkway Pantai Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support for our human resource information systems (HRIS) and driving process improvements to enhance organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end project schedule for system upgrades and implementations, from requirements gathering to system go-live preparations.
- Evaluate and implement HR projects to drive business process re-engineering and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Develop process and system documentation to facilitate HR user learning and understanding.
- Provide first- and second-tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists.
- Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports, including headcount reports, attrition reports, and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard report.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology with at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in cloud HR implementation is an advantage, with a preference for candidates with experience in SuccessFactors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of internal and external colleagues.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
