Responsibilities:Partnership Responsibilities:- Brand Partnership: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key brands, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals and strategies.
- Implement strategies to foster strong and enduring relationships with existing partners.
- Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate sector through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, including market analysis, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful contract execution, aligning with both client needs and company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met and to leverage resources for successful sales outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales. Experience in corporate sales or account management is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
