Job Title:

Junior Sales Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Sales Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers. This involves providing expert guidance and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

Additionally, you will work with the Sales Manager to understand customer requirements and provide technical information on our products. You will assist in preparing direct estimates and quotations and participate in the planning and survey phase of new installations.

You will also coordinate with the Project Manager to assist in the procurement of parts and components. Convert design drawings into working drawings, carry out tests and prepare reports for system commissioning, and ensure work is completed according to as-built drawings.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of technicians and assistants, delegating work and monitoring their progress to meet deadlines.

Client Relations:

Build rapport with clients by showing you care about their concerns. Be their key contact for technical advice and support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Controls).

A proven track record in a technical support or sales engineering role is preferred.

Reports directly to the Sales Manager and Project Manager.
