Our company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who can inspire, support, and enable others to achieve success in their roles. As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional technical support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of modern SIEM platforms, data ingestion formats, programming languages, cloud concepts, and orchestration tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
