
Technical Sales Professional

Job Description:
The role of a Technical Sales Engineer is to present products to potential clients through engaging presentations. This involves working with the existing client base in the designated region and actively developing a new customer database. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the AHU/HVAC electronic selection program, including price and list management.
Key responsibilities include generating quarterly reports to track and analyze sales performance and market trends. Additionally, the candidate will address and resolve product pricing and design issues, ensuring alignment with market demands. They will also develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach on potential clients.
Responsibilities extend to regularly visiting consulting engineers and specifiers, providing detailed reports on interactions and insights gathered. The successful candidate will oversee project facilitation, ensuring all activities are conducted within quality, cost, safety, and time constraints. They will communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include coordinating with the Main Contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of control systems, BMS, HVAC, or ACMV systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of technical sales experience, preferably dealing with control systems, BMS, HVAC, or ACMV systems.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- With Class 3 driving license is preferred.
