Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils.
- Responsible for inventory management.
Hygiene and Workplace Safety Management:
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
People Management:
- Lead team and problem solve.
- Allocate work to junior kitchen cooks.
Equipment Management:
- Responsible for kitchen equipment maintenance.
Administration:
