About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager/Director to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with statutory requirements and industry practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that support the company's strategic goals and competitive objectives.
  • Manage the HR budget and forecast, and drive HR-related cost savings projects.
  • Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with statutory requirements and industry practices.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Work closely with management to implement Human Resource initiatives that support business growth.
  • Diagnose Human Resource needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to manage HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a senior or managerial HR position in F&B chain.
  • Proven track record of successful HR management in previous employment.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
