About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager/Director to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with statutory requirements and industry practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that support the company's strategic goals and competitive objectives.
- Manage the HR budget and forecast, and drive HR-related cost savings projects.
- Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with statutory requirements and industry practices.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Work closely with management to implement Human Resource initiatives that support business growth.
- Diagnose Human Resource needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to manage HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a senior or managerial HR position in F&B chain.
- Proven track record of successful HR management in previous employment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
