  1. Coordinate all event details, shipping materials, and staffing for each event.
  2. Be our onsite event coordinator for engaging, team-building activities that support a great cause.
  3. Join virtual planning meetings ahead of each event with corporate partners, nonprofit partners, event hosts, and coordinators.
  4. Take ownership of in-person events: be on-site to set up, align with the team, tear down, clean site areas, problem-solve, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  5. Represent Visit, Inc. at events, leading and problem-solving.
  6. Align roles and responsibilities with the onsite team, including event hosts, nonprofit organizations, venues, and corporate partners.
  7. Manage the check-in process for in-person events, providing a warm welcome to guests.
  8. Problem-solve issues such as missing supplies, late staff, and technology challenges.
  9. Escalate issues to the Events Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem-solve.
  10. Send updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team throughout the event.
  11. Assist with breakdown after the event, cleaning the site and repackaging materials for return.

Qualifications:
Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Physical Demands:
Able to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs.
