Job Description

The role of the Merchant Operations team is to act as the voice of merchant-partners, advocating for solutions that enhance their experience and success on the platform.

We work closely with business verticals (food delivery, grocery delivery, payment services, omnichannel commerce), as well as product, finance, and legal teams to drive strategic initiatives that create meaningful impact.

Our goal is to ensure that hyperlocal nuances are integrated into platform experiences, optimizing both merchant and consumer journeys while supporting business growth and cost-efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the interests of merchant-partners and advocate for solutions that enhance their experience and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives that create meaningful impact
  • Integrate hyperlocal nuances into platform experiences to optimize merchant and consumer journeys
