The Singapore Operations team drives growth and innovation for Grab in Singapore, shaping the business to meet the evolving needs of consumers. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
As part of Singapore Operations, the Merchant Operations team represents the voice of our merchant-partners, advocating for solutions that enhance their experience and success on Grab. We work closely with business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce), as well as product, finance, and legal teams to drive strategic initiatives that create meaningful impact. Our role is to ensure that hyperlocal nuances are integrated into platform experiences, optimizing both merchant and consumer journeys while supporting Singapore's business growth and cost-efficiency goals.
