Early Childhood Literacy Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for passionate educators to deliver a world-class Literacy Programme in a Preschool setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising and implementing the Literacy programme for the class in accordance with established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement the Literacy programme for the class.
  • Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and materials.
  • Use positive guidance strategies and techniques at all times.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with students and their parents.
  • Keep accurate records of students' progress and address each student's educational and developmental needs on an individual basis.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies.
  • Minimum of 1 year's classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old.
  • Energetic, creative and inspiring personality with dynamic lesson delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge in educational, developmental and cognitive psychology.
  • Strong command of the English Language (spoken and written).

We are looking for individuals who are eager to raise their teaching standards. Training will be provided to support the development of your teaching craft.
