About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, welfare, and performance review processes. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing HR administration, and drafting essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Management of HR administration, including employee records, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Drafting of emails, letters, and HR-related documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (MOM, CPF)
  • Supporting employee engagement, welfare, and performance review processes
