Job Description:

As a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health (WSH).

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS)
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and recommending corrective/preventive actions
  • Leading accident/incident investigations and implementing follow-up actions
  • Planning and conducting safety training and toolbox meetings
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies during inspections or audits

A degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management, or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in WSH and Fire Safety management in construction/building facilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing WSHMS to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Leading investigations into accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions
  • Planning and delivering safety training and toolbox meetings
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits
