The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of senior leadership experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your knowledge of existing regulatory and compliance requirements across Asia will be crucial in ensuring that our business operates effectively and efficiently.
