We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Coordinator at Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our linen management system, including the collection and distribution of linens and amenities across our hotel towers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Linen Management: Collect linens and amenities from the loading bay and distribute them to pantries of designated floors across the hotel towers in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
  • Soiled Linen Collection: Collect soiled linens from hotel towers, including areas such as the pool, spa, and fitness club.
  • Pantry Stocking: Ensure hotel pantries are stocked up and replenished accordingly when required.
  • Cleanliness and Order: Maintain overall cleanliness and order of the linen room.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report to Supervisor on any equipment that requires maintenance and repair.
  • Lost and Found: Ensure lost and found items are properly documented and arrange for them to be returned to guests.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Elementary School Education.
  • Competencies: Able to handle heavy loaded trolleys, linens, and amenities; able to walk extensively to and fro from the loading bay to the hotel towers; able to work independently; comfortable working rotating shifts – morning and afternoon shifts.
