Lease Operations Specialist

As a Lease Operations Specialist, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of retail leases to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating lease agreements with tenants and coordinating the timely preparation and execution of all lease-related documentation.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants to address their queries, concerns, or operational issues.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and achieve rental revenue and occupancy goals.

You will also be responsible for proactively sourcing and recommending new retail concepts or international brands aligned with the mall's positioning and target demographic. In addition, you will support and guide team members by providing oversight, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure departmental objectives are met.

Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing within a sizeable or well-established shopping mall environment.
  • Strong market knowledge of retail brands, including international and luxury concepts.
