**Retail Leasing Specialist Role**
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Retail Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail leasing and commercial property management, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving leasing activities for retail spaces, including marketing, tenant sourcing, and securing leases. They will also conduct site viewings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy agreements.
In addition, the candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the leasing process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial property management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
- Drive leasing activities for retail spaces
- Conduct site viewings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners
- Manage lease renewals, monitor occupancy rates, and support rental collection
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategies that maximize retail performance
