Job Summary

This is a strategic HR leadership role focused on talent management, employee engagement and organizational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and selection processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and grievances.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in senior HR roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
