We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial and Administration Manager to join our team at AUDIT ALLIANCE LLP.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and provide exceptional client service
- Incorporate companies for local and overseas clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Act as company secretary, nominee directors, and provide advice on compliance matters
- Perform customer due diligence, prepare necessary documents, and update statutory registers
- Filing of documents with ACRA, payroll computation, and CPF submissions
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- EP and work permit applications, and other corporate and administrative duties as assigned
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software
