Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage alliances with key partners, including understanding their business goals, needs, and joint value proposition.
  • Create and drive co-sell motion, supporting partner marketing and pipeline generation via events and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of partner-driven projects, ensuring customers derive value from our solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within partnerships/alliances, primarily in a sales capacity.
  • 5+ years of direct sales/channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud or SaaS space.
  • Strong business development and sales background, with a track record of building and growing GTM partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
