We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Developer to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives across Southeast Asia to expand and diversify the customer base. This includes designing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue targets, preparing and delivering accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management, and conducting persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives across Southeast Asia to expand and diversify the customer base
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue target
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Understanding the electronics production or capital equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian market trends, cultural differences, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation
