About the Team

The Partner Success team at TikTok's Trust and Safety department is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of Content Review's extended workforce across the region. Our team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing onboarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKRs/goals (Latency, quality, wellness)
  • Hold the partner site accountable and help set a clear path towards operational excellence
  • Ensure adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of partner production hours, training, and other expenses
  • Own the partner relationship for outsourcing performance, including monitoring delivery, vendor performance management, and identifying operational and performance risk and mitigations proactively
  • Articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level, driving SMART action plans, data-driven analytics, and insights with the partner ops team
Requirements
  • English proficiency as the working language
  • Experience in large-scale operations working across or coordinating with multiple domains and business units
  • Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate a global organization, influence stakeholders, and affect outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing outsourced partner relationships along with people management experience
  • Operations management, program management, or large-scale transformation project experience
